BENEFITS OF KIDS YOGA

Regular practice of yoga has been shown to have numerous benefits for children. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, boost concentration and focus, enhance academic performance, and improve self-esteem and self-control. Additionally, yoga can be beneficial for children with conditions such as asthma, autism, and ADHD, providing relief from symptoms and promoting overall well-being. Incorporating yoga into a child's routine can also encourage healthy eating habits and improve sleep.
Yoga in Schools
I can teach teach yoga in schools, either at after school clubs or during the day. I can also provide a yoga class or soundbath class for teachers. I have insurance and I am on the DBS update service.
